Social Media Creative Lead

Location: Fully Remote

Type: Part-time / Internship

Team: Growth & Marketing (Works closely with Founders, Product, Design, and Engineering)

About the Role

We’re looking for an AI-native, highly creative content builder to run and grow our social presence across X, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit (and more). You’ll turn fast-moving tech moments into high-signal, highly shareable content—especially around wearables, voice AI, and generative AI. This is a hands-on creator role with real ownership: you will ship content weekly, learn fast, and help define our content engine from 0→1.

What You’ll Do

  • Own day-to-day social operations across X, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit (plus YouTube Shorts / LinkedIn as needed).

  • Build and manage a simple content calendar: trend-reactive posts, product moments, founder POV, memes, evergreen series, and launches.

  • Create engaging visual content: short-form videos, carousels, motion-style edits, product demos, UGC-style clips, and tech explainers.

  • Track technology trends daily (especially voice AI, generative AI, wearables, consumer gadgets), and translate them into content angles that fit our brand.

  • Follow and engage with major voices in tech (founders, researchers, builders) and participate thoughtfully in communities.

  • Write high-quality copy: hooks, captions, threads, comment replies, and community posts that drive conversation.

  • Run lightweight experiments: test formats, iterate on hooks, improve retention, and scale what works based on data.

  • Support basic community workflow: comment strategy, DMs, and channel hygiene (no spam—real engagement).

AI Tools & Workflow Skills(Required)

You must be comfortable using AI tools to ship content efficiently and effectively, including:

  • GenAI video / creative tools (e.g., Keling, SeaDance, and similar)

  • On-device / lightweight model workflows (e.g., Gemini Nano)

  • Creative generation tools (e.g., Lovart and similar)

  • Plus the broader stack: LLMs for scripting, image generation, transcription/captioning, voiceover, scheduling, and analytics tools

(We care less about exact tools and more about your ability to build a repeatable AI-driven content pipeline.)

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong interest in tech gadgets / wearables / voice AI / generative AI (you follow the space because you love it).

  • Skilled at making platform-native visual content (especially short-form video).

  • Social fluency: you understand what works on X vs TikTok vs Reddit vs Instagram.

  • Highly organized: can manage a calendar, post consistently, and iterate quickly.

  • Preferred backgrounds: Marketing, Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Product, or other tech-adjacent fields.

  • Bonus: you can show prior work (portfolio, personal account, school projects, brand pages, meme pages, etc.).

Nice to Have

  • Experience growing a social account or running content series from 0→1.

  • Community-building experience on Reddit/Discord.

  • Basic understanding of engagement metrics (CTR, retention, saves/shares, follower conversion).

  • Taste for design: clean visuals, strong hooks, and good pacing.

Time Commitment

  • Part-time / Internship, typically 10–20 hours/week (flexible scheduling)

  • You’ll work asynchronously, with weekly check-ins and clear deliverables.

What Success Looks Like (First 30–60 Days)

  • Establish a consistent publishing cadence across priority channels.

  • Launch 2–3 repeatable content series formats.

  • Build a trend-to-post workflow that can ship within hours (not days).

  • Show measurable improvement in engagement through iteration and experiments.

How to Apply

Send:

  • Links to your portfolio (posts/videos/accounts)

  • A short note on the tech trends and voices you follow

  • 3 content ideas you would make for a wearable / voice-AI product (bullets are fine)
